Shamanism, Positive Psychology & Pandemics. How to Build Resilience at Home

Shamanism, Positive Psychology, and evidence based practices like meditation, offer valuable tools for helping us weather times of crises. The coronavirus pandemic has forced many people to stay at home and reorient personally and professionally. Ideally we develop a relationship with these practices before things are so intense that it’s hard to focus. Here’s a paper of mine that was recently published about how we can build resilience, especially by centering on our home spaces.

We will explore some of these practices in the Backyard Shamanism course. More information and next dates here.
