Types of Sessions

Sessions are held:

In person in the WholeSpirit office in Durham
Online (Zoom), or
By Phone

Session lengths:

Initial consultation: 85 mins
In-depth sessions: 85 mins
Standard: 55 mins

Soul retrieval and a few other types of work require the longer session. Otherwise, once we have completed the initial consultation, it is your choice whether to have the standard or longer sessions. Initial consultations are always longer and are required to start working together.

Scheduling Online, Payment and Form info

You can find a time, book, and pay for your appointments from within the scheduling system. All necessary forms will be provided for you, and reminders will come automatically.

Cancellation

I respect your time and ask that you please respect mine as well. I ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a 50% fee. Please make cancellations via email only. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice receive 100% refund. No shows are not refundable. I understand that emergencies happen, please fell free to contact me if you have any concerns.

Enatured™

Once you’ve scheduled your private or group training, you will receive additional instructions about how to get ready. If you have not received an email with this information within a few days prior to the meeting time, please contact Mara. If you are working outside, have what you need to be comfortable sitting and prepared for weather. If you are connecting via Zoom, please test that your connection works where ever you plan to connect from. Be prepared to take notes of what you experience.

Conversation With Cats

Most instructions will come with the email confirmations when you book a Conversation with Cats session, but there are a few things to be aware of. We can’t guarantee how the kitties are going to react to you. We currently have three cats with very different temperaments. Their presence is a potential enhancement to the session, but whether they join us is up to them. Please be careful on exiting and entering, as they are indoor cats only. We will include this in the release form, but spending time in these sessions is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Please wash your hands before arriving. Dog owners especially, as one of our cats is quite afraid of dogs.
