I just finished a distance energy healing session. It was especially powerful for me and I wanted to share some of my experience with you.

I’ve been doing shamanic and energy work in various forms for a long time. The sensation of feeling filled or surrounded by spirit isn’t new; however, sometimes it’s particularly strong. 

There is a very specific resonance that is emerging in these distance energy healing sessions which is particularly moving. It has increased with each session since their inception in March. The sensation of love that is pouring through for the people in the group is remarkable. Tonight that radiance was so strong that it spilled over into joy, with tears and even some laughter. Both were gentle, as I clearly felt the presence of help for our group.  

I am deeply thankful to you who joined the group tonight and gave me the opportunity to sit with your intentions and your pictures and to let that feeling wash through me and out to you like a gentle tide. May you be buoyed and supported in what you need.
