I just finished a distance energy healing session. It was especially powerful for me and I wanted to share some of my experience with you. I’ve been doing shamanic and energy work in various forms for a long time. The sensation of feeling filled or surrounded by spirit isn’t new; however, sometimes it’s particularly strong.
