Enatured  is a simple but profound method to commune with land, and the beings of the land, wherever you are. It draws from mindfulness, shamanism, psychology, and scientific research about nature.

Based on what you are seeking that day, you will have an opportunity to receive and give in a deeply personal way.

Participants will learn the method, then have independent time to practice where you are drawn to connect on the land.  The Trees retreat center (a sacred gift to St Philip’s Church), has 50 acres of woods, with streams, waterfall, mossy rocks, and a labyrinth. If for any reason being inside is more comfortable to you, the practice can be done from inside gazing out the expansive windows onto the landscape below.
