As you may know, I hold regular small group Reiki trainings. My approach is that in order to move along in the work you need as much hands-on practice as possible. All of the practitioners working this day have already had practice, and want more! I invited them to participate because I know them, have trained them, and trust them. They are either at Reiki level 2 or 3 and are moving towards practice hours for the next level.
