I created this program to be simple. A journey is delivered to you each morning. What you do with it is up to you. Use the journey idea in meditation, skip as many days as you like, use the year as it suits you. It is not meant to add to your “to do” list, but to be a gentle support in connecting to your sources of wisdom and healing. I’m interested to hear from you about how the year unfolds!
- writing that the journeys help them stay mindful and present each day
- waking each day and talking about them with their partners
- finding that the journeys are surprisingly synchronous with what’s happening in their own lives
- saying that the journeys stay with them for the whole day.
