DESCRIPTION:This weekend will be about sinking deeper into practice\, experience\, community and respite. Although we will use specific methods that you can take home with you\, the focus of this weekend is less on learning methods and more on having experiences. We will create ceremony together\, we will work with the elements\, we will process individually and in pairs and groups. We will connect to our sources of spiritual guidance and healing to help manage stress\, and bring peace and balance to our lives. We will reflect conceptually and practically on how we can serve in ways that feel sustainable and emotionally feasible. We will nourish ourselves and each other. \nShamanic journeying experience is helpful but not required. On March 21st I’m holding a Shamanic Journeying Intro if you want to get some experience. \nRetreats Topics \n\ndisconnecting to reconnect – as research increasingly shows\, our connection to technology is causing some trouble. Time away from our devices is time to reset and recommit to what is meaningful to each of us\npersonal rejuvenation – refueling and soaking up healing and support from the spirits and each other\nceremony – creating and performing ceremonies together to focus on some specific outcomes of your choosing\, and also on shifting/creating new energy in our lives\nworking with the elements and nature – deepening our spiritual connection for healing and restoration\ncreating community – expanding our personal and collective networks of like-minded people to strengthen the web of light that we are a part of locally and universally\nalthough this weekend is not about methods per se\, much of what we do together\, such as the ceremonial work\, you will be able to replicate at home and add to your personal spiritual tool kit\n\nSpace is limited. \nPlease note this is not a residential retreat. SUMMARY:"Light Lunch" ~ Virtual Healing with Spiritual Light Gathering
DESCRIPTION:Join me for a lunchtime Healing with Spiritual Light virtual gathering. \nNo experience necessary. Instructions will be provided on the call. \nWe are living in intense times. There are many ways to respond to crisis. Sometimes immediate physical action is needed. When possible\, we can send money or supplies\, make phone calls\, or be a patient listener. In addition to these visible methods\, working in the invisible realms can have a deep effect\, personally and collectively. \nDuring this brief midday session we will connect to the divine within\, not to turn away from the tragedies that are happening all around\, not to navel gaze\, but to create light. \nThe ancient principle of “as within so without” reminds us how powerful it can be when we remember our inner divinity\, and see other people\, places\, animals and communities in their divine light as well. \nSome logistics – participants will be muted\, so you can eat your lunch while I introduce the work. I’ll talk for a bit at the beginning and then will lead a guided meditation to move into the healing with spiritual light space\, where we’ll have sound\, but no words\, so you can sink in.
