DESCRIPTION:Shamanic journeying allows us to directly access spiritual assistance. Spirit teachers and power animals provide a profound source of wisdom\, support and healing. They are available to us if we make the effort to develop a relationship with them. \nThis class provides a introduction to shamanism and shamanic journeying. We will work in both the upper and lower worlds\, and connect with different kinds of compassionate helping spirits. Spiritual work is most effective when it has a grounded foundation. I approach the mystery of shamanic work with great reverence\, and while there is magic to this work\, I teach and practice it with a strong focus on healthy groundedness. \nIf you are interested in more in-depth shamanic training or participating in Shamanism Without Borders\, this is a good opportunity to get basic journeying skills.
