SUMMARY:UNC Medical Center Talk on Shamanic Healing
DESCRIPTION:For the last few years I’ve been invited to speak about shamanic healing to a group of graduate students in an Integrative Medicine class at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. I’m very glad to have the opportunity to speak to this group again on November 3rd. The class is usually made up of master’s students from the schools of medicine\, nursing and public health\, and some faculty members. It is part of a series of lectures on the Principles and Practices of Alternative/Complementary Medicine\, and is held at the Lineberger Cancer Center at the UNC Medical Center. \nAlthough this event is not open to the public\, I do speak about shamanism and other related topics to organizations and private groups.
