It’s why I created the program with Sounds True. Annnnd…a live course can be really helpful in addition. We have different learning styles. I think the ideal scenario to have this work become second nature (and I’m not just trying to sell you my offerings) is to both attend a live course and have the audio course. It’s helpful to be able to practice with other people and ask me questions. Sometimes the tangents we go off on are some of the most productive and illuminating (for  me too!). This is rich content and it’s a lot to absorb. If you have the audio you can revisit meditations\, journeys\, and exercises to practice. So\, although the heart of this work is the same – turning our sensitivity into strength and adjusting our energetic boundaries to match the situations we are so we can stay healthy – the live and audio versions are not identical. We do different variations of the work. And that’s why I’ll continue to offer a live class\, at least for now.
